SMM Supply Store operates a dedicated local delivery network designed specifically for clinical professionals and home-healthcare patients in the New York area.
We currently provide physical delivery strictly to the following counties: Select Westchester, The Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. If your delivery address is outside of these zones, you may contact us to coordinate a custom shipping solution or arrange a local pickup.
Standard Deliveries occur Monday through Fridays between 12 PM and 9 PM and Saturdays between 9 AM and 6PM. Some restrictions may apply for our extended zones such as Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Rockaways and Southern parts of Queens. Choose Express delivery if you need a Weekday Morning or Late Saturday delivery.
As part of our commitment to eco-friendly logistics, we encourage our Zero-Waste Basket delivery option. By leaving a designated basket or bag at your door, our couriers can transfer your premium supplies directly into your container, completely eliminating cardboard waste.
Because we utilize a "Source-to-Order" model to keep our prices competitive, please allow a standard 1 to 3-day sourcing window for your items to arrive at our local hub from our premium distributors. Once your items arrive at our hub, the "last mile" delivery clock begins:
We know clinical timelines are critical. If you select Express Delivery and part of your order experiences a distributor-side delay, we will proactively split your order at no extra cost to you (accommodating up to two separate deliveries). We will expressly deliver the items we have on hand immediately, and dispatch the remaining delayed items via our standard delivery schedule the moment they reach our hub.

Purchasing restricted medical devices requires Provider Verification. You attest that any credentials (NPI, licenses, student IDs, prescriptions) provided to us are accurate, valid, and legally belong to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Provider PIN. SMM reserves the right to revoke access or cancel orders if credentials are found to be invalid, expired, or fraudulent.
Due to our Source-to-Order model, item availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We strive for complete accuracy, but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or prices are entirely error-free. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

As a medical service and supply provider, Sederick Mobile Med respects the strict confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).
We maintain a legally executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google Workspace to ensure that all data transmitted through our infrastructure—including prescription uploads and patient inquiries—is fully encrypted, securely stored, and compliant with federal HIPAA regulations.
We do not share any sensitive health or professional information outside of our secure infrastructure, except where explicitly required to achieve our responsibility to the user (e.g., verifying a prescription with a provider) or as required by law.
Due to the sensitive nature of clinical supplies and our Source-to-Order operational model, we do not generally encourage or accept standard returns or exchanges.
We meticulously inspect every item before it is dispatched to ensure it is accurate, sealed, and in pristine condition.
While standard returns are not accepted, we stand by our products. In the rare event that an error occurs on our end—such as receiving an item that is not as described, damaged during our local delivery, or expired—we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.
SMM operates on a Source-to-Order framework. Instead of stockpiling supplies in an expensive warehouse, we order your requested items directly from premium medical distributors at the time of your checkout. This model significantly reduces our overhead, allowing us to pass exceptional pricing and "Split-Pack" options directly to mobile clinicians.
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed seamlessly and securely via Square. As our platform expands, we look forward to introducing additional express payment options, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Items marked for "Auto-Restock" will automatically charge the card vaulted securely on your profile at your chosen frequency. You may cancel or modify your restock schedule at any time by contacting our support team.
The SMM Supply Store provides clinical tools, medical devices, and health-related supplies. However, we are a supplier, not a prescribing physician.
Sederick Mobile Med disclaims any liability for injuries, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from the misuse, off-label use, or improper administration of any supplies purchased through our store.
