The 7-Day Rule: Because we precisely custom-source your supplies, all changes, skips, or cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery. Once an order enters that 7-day sourcing window, it is locked in and cannot be modified or canceled. You can always find your exact cutoff date directly on your order receipts and reminder emails!
