What areas do you deliver to?

We currently provide dedicated local delivery to five major New York counties: Select Westchester, The Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. Standard local delivery is absolutely FREE on all orders over $99.

What does "Source-to-Order" mean?

Instead of holding inventory in expensive warehouses, we order your supplies directly from premium distributors the moment you check out. While this adds a brief 1-3 day sourcing window before your order is ready to be dispatched, it drastically lowers our overhead costs—and we pass those massive savings directly to you.

How do I upload my Prescription for restricted items?

If your cart contains prescription items (like insulin needles), you will receive an automated email immediately after checkout containing your Order ID. You can click the secure link in that email to securely upload a photo of your prescription and Government ID directly to our HIPAA-compliant portal or you can upload them directly on the store site by clicking "Upload My Rx" in the menu section.

Why do I need a Provider PIN for certain items?

In strict compliance with state health regulations, certain items—such as needles and specific blood collection tubes—are legally classified as restricted medical devices. By law, we are required to verify your active credentials (such as a current NPI, medical license, or business proof) to ensure these supplies are dispensed only to authorized professionals. Phlebotomy students may also fulfill this legal requirement by submitting proof of active course enrollment. Once your state-mandated verification is complete, you will receive a secure PIN to unlock these items instantly.

What is a "Split Pack"?

We know field professionals like mobile phlebotomists don't always need to carry a bulk box of 100 tubes. Our "Split Pack" option allows you to purchase smaller, field-ready quantities of premium supplies so you only pay for exactly what you need to stock your jump bag.

How does the Auto-Restock system work?

By toggling "Auto-Restock" on an item in your cart, you lock in a recurring delivery schedule (e.g., every 4 weeks). Your vaulted card will be automatically billed when your next cycle begins, ensuring you are always stocked without you having to manually reorder. You can modify or cancel your restock schedule at any time by contacting our support team. Go to our Auto-Restock page to learn more.

How does the Zero-Waste Delivery work?

If you select the "Zero Waste Basket" option at checkout, simply leave a basket or bag at your door. Our local couriers will securely transfer your medical supplies directly into your container, completely eliminating cardboard waste and bulky shipping boxes from your delivery.

Can I use an SMM Gift Card for mobile medical services?

Yes! Our digital gift cards are incredibly versatile. They can be redeemed for premium medical supplies in our store, OR they can be applied directly toward booking our expert mobile medical services, including routine blood draws and EKG visits.

Do you deliver to all of Westchester County?

Currently, our dedicated couriers only deliver to select areas in Lower and Central Westchester (including Yonkers, Mt Vernon, New Rochelle, Eastchester, White Plains, Harrison, Valhalla and in-between). Because we personally handle hand-offs to ensure clinical integrity, we cannot stretch our drivers to the northernmost borders. What if I live outside the delivery zones?

We've got you covered! If you live in the rest of NY or an undeliverable part of Westchester, you can bypass standard checkout and click the "Send Cart as Inquiry" button in the delivery menu. This sends your requested items directly to our team. We will reach out to you to arrange custom shipping (you can even provide us your own shipping label) or coordinate a local pickup.

What is your return policy?

Due to the sensitive, clinical nature of medical supplies and our Source-to-Order model, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, we stand by the integrity of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will issue a replacement or full refund.
